LaRouche forecast in July 25th 2009, the 2nd anniversary of his successful forecast of 2007, that indeed there won't a recovery given the policy practices of the whitehouse and company. He stated that by mid October, the crisis would fall into a deeper crisis, meaning that there would be a qualitative down shift in the ability to support people and the institutions that support people. To no surprise, he was right, again. We are now in that deeper phase of collapse and next stop can very likely be the end of the system.
