About This Video
Lama Marut reviews the cause and effect “chain of pain.” It starts with the ignorant seeds we carry into this life from previous lives which then ripen and forces us to think of things ignorantly and react to them ignorantly – which causes us to create the causes for more suffering. We break the cycle through cultivating wisdom about where likeable and dislikeable things in our lives really come from.
