There's no doubt about it, we are headed for troubled times. I believe these troubled times are not only foretold in Scripture, but are part of a larger plan by evil men to control the world's market system. Remember, Revelation 13 says that no man might buy or sell. The French Prime Minister said that he hope that the world financial crisis would bring in a "new world."
