About This Video
On October 15, the Institute for Policy Studies hosted the 33rd Annual Letelier-Moffitt Human Rights Awards in Washington, DC, to honor our fallen colleagues and recognize new champions of human rights in the United States and Latin America. This year’s awardees represent the power in numbers: Domestic Workers United, a network of organizations; and, La Mesa Nacional Frente a la Minería Metálica en El Salvador, a group taking a stance against gold mining in El Salvador and the collective voices against domestic worker exploitation.
