About This Video
1. Cheese and other dairy products contain casein, which is an extremely mild opiate. If you find yourself unable to concentrate on your writing because you're too busy or anxious, milk and cheese will help calm you down.
2. If you have allergies (particularly nasal congestion), try taking Sudafed instead of Benadryl. While Benadryl is more helpful in combating allergic reactions, Sudafed relieves congestion while acting as a mild stimulant (it's milder than it used to be over the counter, however). The dose is enough to give you a subtle boost in concentration without causing the wiggles and jitters associated with caffeine.

8 months ago 0 + -Those were some pretty good tips. I don't have to worry about allergies (thankfully), but I'm gonna go and get me some cheese at the store tomorrow
