The event is organised by the Jamaica Basic School Foundation, this year marks the 60th anniversary of the arrival of the Empire Windrush, on which hundreds of people from Jamaica and the Caribbean islands came to the UK.
Others on the day in attendance included The High Commissioner, Jamaican High Commission, Gleaner Voice Group known as GVmedia, Grace foods and Luster, plus others. It was a good funday out for the family, with a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all who attended.
