New Document
Make a new document, anysize doesn't matter. Press CNTRL+D to reset your pallete colors. Make sure your background is BLACK.
Apply Filter - Plastic Wrap
Apply Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap with these settings:
Highlight 20, Detail 15 Smoothness 15
Apply Filter
Filter>Distort>Twirl: Twirl Move the slider to get the proper amount of twirl
Apply Filter - Chrome
Apply Filter>Sketch>Chrome with these settings:
Detail 10 and smoothness 10
Add Color
Add the color now, press CNTRL+U: or IMAGE-ADJUSTMENTS-HUE/SATURATION
Duplicate Layer
Now Duplicate the layer. Set the top layer blending change to Soft Light.
Press CNTRL+E to emerge the 2 layers back together. OR LAYER-FLATTEN Fill Color
Select the paint bucket tool, set your foreground color to black. Find a spot on the graphic and try the paint bucket tool:
Now we want to smoothen out the edges, go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and try different settings to get the desired result.
SELECT ALL
EDIT-TRANFORM-PERSPECTIVE
Use the bucket tool to make the background black and the paintbrush set to black to paint out any imperfections.
LAYER-NEW LAYER use the bucket tool to make a new black layer. Set the transparency settings to screen
FILTER-ADD NOISE move the slider to add just a little bit
Use the brush tool set to white to add in different random stars
FILTER-BLUR-RADIAL blur set to ZOOM and just add a little blur.
FLATTEN all your layers and
IMAGE-ADJUST LEVALS make your blacks darker and your whites brighter.
