1.FILE-NEW make a document somewhat square and give it a name
2.Make the background black
3.With the brush tool set to assorted bushes pick a star shaped brush and set the diameter to the largest size.
4.Paint one white star in the center of the screen
5.FILTER-DISTORT-TWIRL to right a medium amount of twirls
6.DUPLICATE LAYER set the transparency to screen
7.FILTER-DISTORT-TWIRL to the left a medium amout approximately the same amount as the other layer. About 398degrees for both
8.FILTER-ARTISTIC-FRESCO (automatic settings is fine)
9.IMAGE-ADJUST-HUE/SATURATION check the colorize box and add some red in.
10.DUPLICATE LAYER set the transparency settings to screen IMAGE-ADJUST-HUE/SATURATION make this layer a yellow or something that looks nice with the color you picked.
11.Flatten. DUPLICATE LAYER set the transparency settings to screen EDIT- FREE TRANSFORM and move the corner a few degrees off.
12.DUPLICATE LAYER set the transparency settings to screen EDIT- FREE TRANSFORM and move the corner a few degrees off.
13.Repeat step 11 until the design has gone in a complete circle.
14.Flatten and adjust levels
