Yes...Microsoft are dying.... There either going to make a simply amazing product that will kick Apple out of the lime light or Apple will introduce something amazing and kick Microsoft out of business

I am just sry vista is just a piece of junk, i have used windows since 98 and i have to say vista is the worse of them all. OSX is just simple, straight forward and to the point. What else can i say

I've used Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Nt 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, and Windows Vista for over a year each, all within the last 10 years, I know Windows too fucking well, and I can tell you ME and Vista are jokes and should have never been released. I agree

Oh plus mac is ready to rock and roll right oout of the box, where a pc is not.

Yeah, and the virus, bugs, and bullshit goes up more and more, and all Microsoft can do is Copy Apple, Google, and aero seems to also be copying Linux's Compiz.

Yeah, in order from worse to best, I'd say: Vista, ME, NT 4.0, 95, 98SE, 2000, XP.

Yeah, they're never gonna learn until Microsoft gets fucked so bad they can't even think about getting anyoen back.

Sorry, emeek, I disagree. Vista is COMPLETLY useless, XP is the only best recent option and it's stoneage like you said sadly.

Nah, I think they'll just copy apple and linux until people think they are the orignal, which people won't

New feature in Windows 7: Time Portal. Go back in time and find files you deleted.
New feature in Windows 7: Fastlook, view your files right in explorer
New feature in Windows 7: Areas, have various spaces... err areas for multiple desktops
New feature in Windows 7: Photo outlet. Take pictures of yourself with various effects, oh wait your computer doesn't have an inbuilt webcam.

Is that's the case it wouldn't surpass me, They just have penis envy for Mac, I bet you're exactly right and those features will be in 7.

Time portal looks like they are copying Time machine.
Fast look Copying spotlight
Areas, Same as spaces for the mac.
And photo outlet , copying photo booth.
It look like they just want to copy everything that the mac came out with already. Why can't they come out with their own ideas. They will copy that from the mac and then come out and clam they had it first, that they didn't offer it in vista.

That sounds like an accurate prediction, but I'd say they'd also have:

YourPhoto, a great way to store all your photos!
OurTunes, create your music library but remember, you don't actually own them.
Torchlight, find you files almost when you wanted them.

Time portal is an unnecessary cop-off of Time Machine. That's not even a necessary fix for Windows. Fastlook and Photo Outlet are fine provided Photo Outlet is a download (I really don't want that shipped in with it). Areas, well that's just about time. Apple caught on to Linux running Sessions and that being a popular feature. I'm wondering what took Microsoft so long to come up with that.

EXACTLY, microsoft didn't even earn their markshare and product either, it all started on a copy of mac by microsoft.

vista is also too fucking demanding wallet-wise.

I'm sorry but ME has been the worst incarnation of the OS EVER. It never shut down, just Blue Screened!
I used Windows 3.x and it was no where near as bad as ME and it was Shee-it!

Yeah, and 3.1 is a pure copy of Mac, that's was sad, Windows is built of a copy of a true operating system, Mac.

They like to copy the mac but then they don't even get that right.

I have said it before and I'll say it again, Windows at its best was Windows 2000. They went down hill very quickly afterwords.

Hi Eric. Do you know if Kost has a regular time for broadcasting on ustream?

Why would I buy Linux if I could get it for free? LOL but I get you mean.

I ran Leopard on my 1.33ghz iBook G4 with only a half gig of RAM and 40 gigs of HD space, which was almost full to its capacity. Yeah, it wasn't as fast as an Intel Mac, but it ran.
