"Superjail". I love this show! Aside the 70's style artwork, I absolutely love the chain-reaction scenes they have on each episode. I compiled some of my favorites into a video.
The song is "Finger Paintings of the Insane" by Acid Bath, a great Sludge Metal band from Louisiana, U.S., from their first album "When the Kite String Pops" (1994).
