Wow you say you also have Randori?! I have seeen that kind of training in Akido videos.....I have watched Steven Seagal teaching and training randori (if that's how it's spelled) with his students in his old videos and man that kind of training's really all out hardcore carnage training where you yourself must fight of conuouse multiple attackers right and try to survive as long as possible right (or till the end of the set time).....a real kind of martial sparring to prepare one for better skill level in realistic like fight street situations and this "Street Knowlege" stuff for the next vid sound epic 36 ma ninja! Can't wait for it you know!

The thing i liked most about this vid was you like happier & more at peace with yourself than you have for a while now. I know you've had to deal with some bad things of late & life can pile up on you real quick but you know we are always going to be here for you mate. We each do talk a lonely path but every step has more meaning & value than running with the pack.
