The "I-Team" offers oceanfront and vista view properties on a secluded tropical island in the Bahamas by the name of Rum Cay. The temperature reaches 90 degrees in the summer and winter temperatures generally range from 75 degrees during the day to 60 degrees at night.
Future projects slated for development on this island paradise include a 5-star 2,550 square acre hotel / condo complex with amenities including a mega yacht marina.
