About This Video
The "I-Team" offers oceanfront and vista view properties on a secluded tropical island in the Bahamas by the name of Rum Cay. Rum Cay is 45 minutes to the southeast of Miami by plane and is an absolutely pristine tropical paradise which to this point has been largely undeveloped. The island is a true untapped paradise and has secluded virgin beaches, spectacular coastlines and dramatic cliffs, earning it the moniker Unspoiled Jewel of the Caribbean. The island is slightly bigger than Manhattan and offers unparalleled natural beauty rarely seen anywhere else in the world. There are no shopping malls or crowded marketplaces or bazaars there. It is a beautiful, quiet and sparsely populated island, like nothing else in the Bahamas. When you visit it is like going back in time. On top of being serene, the island offers world class fishing, scuba, surfing, boating and other water sports as well. There are less than 100 people living on Rum Cay in a quiet, small community, with streets that are free from noise, traffic and crime. The rest of the Island is totally uninhabited, and has acres of unexplored land and deserted beaches. In fact, a pod of dolphins (one of the largest indigenous dolphin pods in the world) lives right off the coast. Spectacular views of Caribbean harbors, inlets, rolling hills, sandy beaches and virgin natural beauty make this a truly dramatic place to visit or to own property. The temperature reaches 90 degrees in the summer and winter temperatures generally range from 75 degrees during the day to 60 degrees at night.
Future projects slated for development on this island paradise include a 5-star 2,550 square acre hotel / condo complex with amenities including a mega yacht marina. This development when completed would significantly increase the value of land on the island. There is a new 4,500 ft runway built for private and commercial jets to land. It is now one of the largest in the Bahamas. Completed available infra
