In February 2008 Isaac and Meike invited Never Not Here to a weekend retreat in Harbin Hot Springs, CA.
The footage included was shot in Berkeley on Feb 5th 2007 by the Clear Sight Film Crew. It is always a challenge to capture sound in a large room with no microphones in the audience,but we think that most comments are understandable, or Isaac repeats them.
Meike often sits with Isaac on retreat and sometimes she speaks, sometimes not. But she always holds a sense of presence which Isaac refers to as drinking and kissing this moment. I feel a deeper sense of awareness when I see her. «
