Fun Fact: You can cheese the game and skip the really slow rocket launcher reload time by quickly equipping and unequipping it. This is very important in a later battle. 8D

He doesn't. He actually cants his head so he shoots and aims with his one good eye. Quite visible when Snake shot the I-beam and saved Ocelot in the process.
