What the heck is Miranda Priestly wearing? :)

Not "Priestly", Mike. It's Guinan, as in Patricia Guinan.

Shashi,

You forgot something, something, something did you get my latte right!

The Seattle contingent of the cohort takes coffee very seriously, and was concerned about the fate of the latte the entire clip.

She hurts my soul with the finger pointing and yelling.

I just read in the Zappos case study that email and phone calls are the best way to create a social media. Maybe Boston Consulting can start by creating email accounts and phone lines for their consultants? :)

ah.. social media. @Domin2: email is way overused in my workplace as is IM at times. People don't pick up the phone anymore. How did workers survive 20 years ago? Crazy stuff. I have to say that the Intranet at my place of work is ugly too, I can never find what I need (and the build in search engine is weak).

the production value of this video is awesome!

is that The Matrix outside that window?

The comment above is what makes social media sites frustrating. You have people who play well and those who want to eradicate the value offered with the equivalent of graffiti/advertising. The real question here is how to engage social media outlets without these kinds of distractions.

You're absolutely right.
Your "Something something something social media" post was far more germane to the discussion.

I'm currently on a customer tour in Europe. Remote field support people here are in need of these tools. They're looking for tool to discuss/track multiple discussions in regard to supporting customers on various products. A collective user driven database would only make field people more effective on supporting the various products. Knowledge is power, how to harness it?

internal corporate blogs seems to get little comments especially if they are exec blogs

ok, looks like Chris gets a 4.0. I don't think anyone else is even familiar with using Photoshop to this extent...

Minions? I guess it's better than being MBA Lackeys... see Wiki

The expectations are too high but the act is as expected, watch again the way she drinks from the mug, obviously empty. what is knowledge management?

:) I'm so distracted by the fake background! LOL

power of viral marketing cannot be underestimated..

Under YOUR tutelage??...aren't you so special? :)

communication... collaboration... innovation... stimulation... excavation... insinuation...

Ah - it's good to have a little East Coast in the mix. Crack the whip and do my bidding.

Crowd Sourcing indeed; way to make an impression right out of the gate. Can't wait to see more.........

wonder what's really in that starbucks cup...
