The inaugural fundraising event for Howard University and the 4A's Center for Excellence in Advertising was held May 14, 2009, at New World Stages, in New York City. Donny Deutsch, chairman, Deutsch Inc., and CNBC host, moderated a panel discussion, "Diversity: The Ultimate ROI," which featured Clifford Franklin, president, FUSE Advertising; Cornell Belcher, president, Brilliant Corners; and David Plouffe, Obama strategist. In this clip, Mr. Belcher talks about how America is economically, cultural and politically at a "reset" point.
